详情：LUCARIS，亚洲首个世界级奢华水晶玻璃酒杯品牌，诚邀亚洲的3名葡萄酒大师，于2013年在亚洲境内举办LUCARIS葡萄酒大师研讨会。首次LUCARIS葡萄酒大师研讨会由亚洲首位葡萄酒大师Jeannie Cho Lee主持，介绍亚洲味道与全球葡萄酒“完美邂逅”的理念，该研讨会于2013年5月2日在曼谷康拉德酒店举行。
由现代泰国菜肴和来自澳大利亚著名的露纹酒庄的葡萄酒组成了5种搭配，葡萄酒用LUCARIS水晶玻璃酒杯的奢华系列“香港之魂”装盛。亮点包括露纹酒庄的雷司令葡萄酒搭配绿咖喱大龙虾，卡百内红葡萄酒搭配耗油牛柳以及屡获大奖的露纹03 shiraz搭配红咖喱烤鸭胸。
研讨会上别有趣味的环节是盲眼品鉴环节， Jeannie 要求所有的参与者戴上眼罩，目的是通过饮用德国黑皮诺葡萄酒，将LUCARIS酒杯与欧洲品牌酒杯进行对比，来证明LUCARIS酒杯的世界级品质。宾客们认为，LUCARIS酒杯能带来出众的品酒感官，能与欧洲的最高水平媲美。
Details : LUCARIS, Asia’s first world-class luxury crystal wineware, took a lead in bringing together Asia’s three Masters of Wine to conduct ‘LUCARIS Master of Wine Seminars’ across Asia in 2013. The first LUCARIS Master of Wine Seminar was presented by Jeannie Cho Lee, the first Asian Master of Wine under the concept ‘The Perfect Encounter’ Asian Palate & Wines of the World on 2 May 2013 at Conrad Bangkok Hotel.
Five pairings of Modern Thai cuisines and wines from Australia’s prestigious Leeuwin Estate featured in Hong Kong Hip collection, the luxury line of LUCARIS crystal wineware. Highlights included Leeuwin’s riesling with jumbo prawns in green curry, cabernet sauvignon with infused beef tenderloin in oyster sauce, and seared duck breast in red curry with multiple award winning Leeuwin’03 shiraz.
The fun part was when Jeannie asked all the participants to put on their blindfold in order to prove LUCARIS world class quality comparable to European brand crystal glass in a blindfolded tasting with German Spatburgunder Pinot Noir. Guests proved among themselves that LUCARIS wine glass delivered outstanding wine sensory and competing with the best European had to offer.

The highlight was the wine tasting hosted by LUCARIS and Vinexpo for the guests to experience the magic of Lucaris “Desire Collection” with “Aerlumer” the signature of wine glass innovation. “Aerlumer” is the five beautiful curl lines at the glass bowl bottom, encouraging the micro-oxidation and softening the wine while swirling. Participants were able to experience the complicated taste profiles of wines differently. Desire Collection was co-designed and co-created by the award-winning sommeliers team of Hong Kong Sommelier Association, led by Mr. Nelson Chow. It is intended to simplify the wine glass selection both for wine lovers and wine service professionals.
