Details : LUCARIS, the luxury brand of Ocean Glass PCL Thailand, once again held the LUCARIS Master Class featuring the newest collection of LUCARIS, “DESIRE”. The VIP guests were food & beverage professionals and wine connoisseurs from leading 5-star hotels and fine dining restaurants in Bangkok. The event was held on 6 October 2016 at the Okura Prestige Hotel Bangkok.
The guest of honor and speaker was Mr. Alan Kam, the President of The Conferee de la Chaine des Rotisseurs. Mr. Kam shared his unique experience for the wine appreciation through the “DESIRE” glass series and introduced the signature of wine glass innovation called “AERLUMER” – the five bottom curl lines at the bowl made for an unprecedented wine experience. Mr. Kam closed the session with some tips for wine investment which was the valuable information to the wine connoisseur guests.

详情：同寿司一样，清酒是日本饮食不可或缺的一部分，但很多人对它的了解并不全面。在与日本主要清酒进口商SCS 贸易公司联合举办的历时两天的专属活动中， LUCARIS得以了解、探知日本清酒。这是清酒首次在五星级酒店用LUCARIS水晶玻璃酒杯供人品鉴。

Details : Like sushi, Sake is an integral part of Japanese cuisine that many people have a superficial understanding of. LUCARIS took this opportunity to collaborate and explore the world of Sake in 2-day exclusive event with SCS Trading, the major Japanese Sake importer. This was the first time that Sake would be served in LUCARIS crystal glass on 5-star hotel setting.
All Sake brewers and VIP guests from both SCS Trading and Shintaro – Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok were gathered on “Sake Dinner”(25th Oct 2013) to enjoy an exclusive experience with Chef Sawada’s special seven-course menu pairing with premium Sake in LUCARIS Tokyo Temptation collection. All guests also had a chance to taste Sake professionally in “Sake Seminar by Ms. Atsuko Radcliffe” (26th Oct 2013).
The result was impressive. Like Kaoru Izuh, The Winner of the Kikisake-shi World Championship once said, “To fully appreciate the brew’s bouquet and range of flavors, I recommend using a wine glass, rather than the small cups commonly used to serve Sake in Japan”. Joining this exclusive event helped us discover that Japanese Sake and LUCARIS wine glass were drift compatibly.
